Our solutions team here at Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Travel Booking & Reconciliation Coordinator for a hybrid contract role starting August 4th and running through December. This position offers a pay rate of $26-$27/hour, with Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday onsite schedule in Boston. The role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and supports high-volume flight booking and reconciliation operations for a major client in the tech industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Book 25-50 flights per day, ensuring accuracy and compliance with travel policies
- Reconcile 3,000+ monthly flight receipts with attention to detail
- Track and report travel expenses efficiently
- Communicate with vendors and resolve travel-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow
Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior experience in travel coordination or administrative support preferred
- Strong data entry, spreadsheet, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet daily booking/reconciliation targets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-focused
