Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to support their Investor Relations team in New York, NY. The hours are expected to be 9:00AM - 5:00PM with a one-hour lunch, five days per week in office.

Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the Head of Investor Relations and team throughout fundraising processes, including scheduling, preparation, investor research, and ad hoc requests
* Manage and maintain CRM, ensuring accurate records of contacts, commitments, meeting notes, and updates
* Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, including international and domestic travel arrangements
* Assist with planning and execution of key events, including the Annual Investor Meeting and networking receptions
* Serve as a professional point of contact with investors via email, phone, and in-person meetings
* Greet guests, coordinate meeting set-up, and ensure seamless execution of events
* Prepare and submit monthly expense reports and track related follow-ups
* Manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality while handling multiple priorities

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 3+ years of related experience in an assistant or coordinator role; Investor Relations experience strongly preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM systems experience (DealCloud a plus)
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
* Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters
* Team-oriented with a positive, "can-do" attitude

Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $120K base salary + discretionary bonus
