Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day facilities operations across multiple portfolios. This role will be 100% remote and will need to work MST hours.

In this role, you will coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives, manage vendor relationships, assist with financial processes, and ensure the smooth operation of all building services. This position requires strong organizational skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to build strong partnerships with clients, landlords, and service providers.

  • Provide daily support to and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors
  • Assist in the procurement and management of contractors and vendors, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards
  • Support financial processes including purchase order management, monthly accruals, and financial tracking
  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety checks, and facility audits to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment
  • Assist in implementing property risk management programs and best practices
  • Maintain the facility to a high standard at all times
  • Support the implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures
  • Support the preparation of management reports and assist with project coordination
  • Monitor and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities, property management, or related field
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Clean driving record required
