A boutique private equity firm in Boston's Financial District is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support a team of high-level investment professionals. This is a 100% onsite, temp-to-perm opportunity with immediate start. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Compensation is $40/hour during the temp period and transitions to an $80K base salary plus bonus/profit sharing once permanent (total comp starting at $105K). The company offers excellent benefits and a collaborative, tight-knit work environment. Financial services experience, specifically in private equity or hedge funds, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support, including complex scheduling, call screening, and internal communication
- Coordinate all travel logistics and prepare detailed itineraries and expense reports
- Assist with meetings, including catering setup/cleanup, and manage internal events
- Support data entry into investment sourcing systems and handle confidential documents
- Collaborate closely with other admins in a high-touch, team-oriented environment
Candidate Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within private equity or hedge funds
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Professional communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Warm, team-focused personality with a "no task too small" attitude
