Our client, a financial institution, is urgently seeking a temporary Member Services Representative to support their Rockville, MD team until October!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current, potential, and former members, and responding promptly and professionally to all communications.
- Support member questions and resolve member issues utilizing relevant knowledge.
- Cross-sell products or services to match customer needs and process requests such as address changes, statement printouts, etc.
- Assist with branch balancing and perform daily balancing.
- Support finance and accounting tasks, including reconciliations and resolving account issues, and manage reports.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience is required.
- Experience with cash handling and in retail banking or a financial institution is highly desired.
- Exceptional technical savviness with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing demands.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve requests and issues professionally, with strong problem-solving skills.
Position Information:
- $22/hr-$23/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary position lasting until October.
- Starting ASAP!
- Hours are 8:45am-5:15pm.
- 100% onsite in Rockville, MD.
