Our client, a mission-based nonprofit organization in Arlington, VA, has an immediate need for a temporary Data Program Manager to support their team for 6 months!
About the Job:
- Support data systems through ensuring data quality, monitoring compliance, analyzing data, and generating reports.
- Monitor program activities, manage grantee and partner relationships, and support RFPs/proposal development.
- Develop and share findings through written reports, presentations, webinars, and publications.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners and actively engage in team meetings and work planning.
- Compile weekly updates, support online surveys and meeting documentation, and handle other responsibilities as needed.
About You:
- 2+ years of relevant programmatic experience are required, preferably in public health.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficient in MS Suite and Asana or other CRMs is required. Familiarity with webinar technology is a plus!
- Strong critical thinking skills with a knack for translation data for non-technical audiences.
- Effective written communication, proofreading, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
About the Position:
- $28/hr-$31/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 6 months.
- Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
- Hybrid with 2days/week onsite in Arlington, VA.
- Metro accessible.
