Our client, a leader in the science and technology sector, is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support their growing operations team in Sterling, VA!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines and tracking key deliverables
- Support coordination efforts across multiple teams to help ensure project alignment
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on priorities and progress
- Help monitor the flow of materials and general task status
- Schedule internal meetings and coordinate related logistics
- Contribute to tracking project performance and identifying any potential issues
- Support general budget tracking and assist with reporting as needed
- Assist in compiling updates and sharing progress reports with internal stakeholders
- Flag possible risks or delays and provide general support in mitigating issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a project support, coordination, or administrative capacity
- Comfortable using project tracking tools and general office software
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic team environment
Preferred:
- Background working in environments involving production, operations, or technical support
- Awareness of project tracking methodologies and performance metrics
Position Information:
Pays $28/hr, DOE.
6-month contract, with strong potential for extension.
100% on-site in Sterling, VA
Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
