Our client is seeking a Temporary Sales Support & Customer Service Administrator in Taunton, MA to join their team! The role will be Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (1-hour unpaid break) with a pay rate of $23-$25/hr.

About the Company:
Join a small but successful Taunton-based company with a strong niche presence in the design, manufacturing, and installation of commercial walk-in coolers and freezers. They manufacture custom metal panels and doors, and manage construction through traveling installation crews nationwide.

Position Overview:
As one of the company's seasoned office staff prepares for retirement, they are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support their busy sales team. This position plays a key role in managing customer communications, preparing sales proposals, and handling all associated administrative and data entry tasks. It combines sales support, customer service, and front office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support outside sales reps by managing contracts, proposals, and spreadsheets
  • Create and format proposals for client review based on sales estimates
  • Accurately complete contract templates and input data into internal systems
  • Set up client records in QuickBooks and Access, with upcoming transition to Acumatica
  • Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide general front desk support
  • Perform data entry, documentation management, and light customer communications

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, typing, and managing large volumes of paperwork
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Access, or similar systems (Acumatica experience a plus)
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
  • Previous administrative, sales support, or customer service experience preferred
