Our client, a leading international law firm in Washington, DC, has an urgent need for a temporary to permanent employee to provide crucial printing, binding, and office services support. If you have strong printing and binding experience with exceptional customer service and confidentiality skills, apply now!
About the Job:
* Manage inventory and maintain stock levels.
* Process copy jobs, bind documents, and stock the copy center.
* Support the pick-up and delivery of documents for the firm and ensure timeliness.
* Draft communications and coordinate meeting logistics.
* Perform all tasks to firm standards and assist with additional projects as required.
About You:
* 3+ years of prior receptionist and office services experience is required, preferably in a law firm.
* Previous digital printing and binding experience is required
* Proficiently in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Professional, dependable, and detail oriented.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
About the Position:
* $21/hr-$27/hr, while temporary, depending on experience.
* Pays up to $50k when permanent.
* Preferred schedule is Tuesday-Saturday.
* Hours are 12pm-8pm.
* 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
