Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking an Investment Coordinator in New York, NY. The hours are 8:00am-5:00pm with flexibility for overtime. This is a fully onsite position, five days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars across multiple time zones
* Track and monitor earnings calls and releases; schedule follow-ups and pull relevant transcripts
* Track corporate access requests and maintain records of upcoming events
* Coordinate travel for the investment team (domestic and international) and handle related expense reports
* Plan logistics for conferences, NDRs, investor days, presentations, and bus tours
* Provide light front desk/office support as needed to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience, ideally in investment or expert network
* Bachelor's degree required
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize across competing tasks
* Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a high-performance culture
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $115K plus bonus
