Our client, a leading government relations and law firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their very busy Washington, DC office!
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple executives with daily administrative and project tasks.
- Manage complex calendar arrangements and meeting coordination for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and review documents, correspondence, meeting materials, and presentations.
- Book domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
- Special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of executive support to multiple executives required.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills.
- High level of detail orientation with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable supporting a conservative-leaning client portfolio.
About the Role:
- Salary range of $90K-$105K, DOE.
- Comprehensive and generous benefits package!
- Comfortable working in the DC office 5 days/week.
