Our client, a mission focused association, is seeking a temporary Marketing & Advocacy Director to support their team for 2-4 months, starting ASAP!
Responsibilities:
* Develop a digital strategy across social media platforms and build a roadmap for distributing assets.
* Map out timelines, resource recommendations, and both earned and paid media strategies.
* Guide engagement strategies for community partners and recommend influencer partnerships.
* Create press lists, donor engagement tactics, and identify high-impact events.
* Complete additional special projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
8+ years of marketing or campaign strategy experience are required.
* Prior campaign work (political, advocacy, or public awareness) experience is required.
* Excellent project leadership and strategic planning skills are required.
* An existing network of journalists or media contacts is a huge plus!
* Patient with the ability to navigate different communication styles.
Position Information:
* Pays $35/hr-$50/hr, DOE.
* Temporary for 2-4 months.
* Starting ASAP!
* Full-time for 2 weeks and then part-time.
