A Boston-based nonprofit focused on addressing food and nutrition challenges is seeking an Operations Associate to join their small and passionate team. This temp-to-perm position begins ASAP and pays $27-$30/hour during the temporary period. The role supports a range of administrative, event planning, and communications efforts aimed at advancing health equality in the community. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative, logistical, and communications support for programs and events
* Manage calendars, track projects, coordinate internal/external meetings
* Draft and edit reports, agendas, presentations, and social media content
* Support event planning from site visits to day-of logistics and follow-up
* Communicate with senior-level stakeholders and serve as liaison for cross-functional teams
Candidate Qualifications:
* 2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate or nonprofit setting
* Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office, social media, and virtual collaboration tools
* Interest in food, nutrition, and health equity initiatives
