Our client, a national association, is seeking a temporary Member Services Specialist to support their office in Washington, DC!
Responsibilities:
- Provide email-based support to clients.
- Manage client inquiries through a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and follow a structured workflow.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional customer service experience are required.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite is required.
- Strong and professional writing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Position Information:
- Pays $23/hr-$25/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 3 months, starting ASAP!
- Hybrid onsite schedule, 2 days in office
- Office in Arlington, VA.
