Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remote) - Norwood, MA
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months+
Pay: $25-28/hour
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-paced recruitment operations. This role requires excellent scheduling skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and time zones. The ideal candidate thrives behind the scenes, ensuring a seamless hiring process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage complex interview schedules involving multiple candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across different time zones
  • Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the interview process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with administrative tasks and recruitment-related projects
  • Prepare hiring status updates, reports, and meeting notes for internal teams
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Communicate proactively and clearly with all stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide reliable support to the team
  • Manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining organization

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in scheduling or administrative support, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume and complex interview scheduling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable following direction and managing follow-ups
  • Enjoys providing behind-the-scenes support in a dynamic environment
