Our client, a rapidly growing tech start-up, is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Coordinator to join their Philadelphia-based team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the steady hand behind the scenes.

About You:

  • A bachelor's degree is required for this role, a focus on Business, Communications, or Marketing ideal
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience required, ideally in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
  • A proven trusted, independent and self-motivated worker who can work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to initiative, solve problems before they arise, and thrive in support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and systems

About the Job:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as a dependable point person for team logistics, task tracking, and follow-through
  • Draft, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Support operational efficiency by managing priorities and keeping projects on schedule
  • Demonstrate autonomy and ownership by identifying needs and addressing them without prompt
  • Assist with light marketing tasks such as social media scheduling and email campaigns, while maintaining a primary focus on administrative duties
  • Contribute to event planning, meeting logistics, and occasional promotional activities

This contract to hire opportunity will work on a hybrid basis of 3-4 days in the Philadelphia office. It is paying up to 25/hour while temporary and up to 55k annually if permanent based on experience.
