We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing organization in Coraopolis. This person will be responsible for supporting their clients and sales agents with account maintenance and problem resolution. This position offers free parking, room for growth, and a welcoming office environment!
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and timely customer support to clients
- Liaison between clients and sales agents regarding their accounts
- Facilitate new account set up and onboarding
- Investigate and resolve client concerns and inquiries with a focus on efficiency and service quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support application reviews, account verification, and issue escalation
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in customer service or sales support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus!
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
