A well-established law firm in Natick, MA is seeking a detail-oriented Intake Specialist for a full-time, in-person role. The position offers a pay rate of $25/hour, with a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule and free parking onsite. This is a temporary role with potential for permanent placement, supporting a small legal team by managing client intake and ensuring an efficient onboarding process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake calls with potential clients and document case details
• Manage and track client leads, follow-ups, and transitions to attorneys
• Communicate with clients, staff, and vendors via phone, email, video, and in-person
• Maintain intake software systems, generate reports, and support process improvement
• Participate in business development efforts and oversee AI tools related to intake

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of office or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and preferably Lawmatics; ability to quickly learn new systems
• Strong judgment, organization, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of social media, internet search functions, and basic employment law is a plus
