Our client, a law firm in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a temporary to permanent Receptionist to support their team!
The Job:
- Greet and announce clients and visitors in the office, manage a multi-line phone.
- Support data entry and input information into the case management software.
- Coordinate packages and mail deliveries.
- Maintain physical filing and organizational systems.
- Perform additional clerical and administrative projects as assigned.
About You:
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Tech savvy and proficient in telephone/voicemail systems; EMS experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
About the Position:
- Pays $20/hr.
- Temporary to permanent position.
- Hours are 8:30-4:30 or 9-5.
- 100% onsite in Bethesda, MD.
- Office is metro accessible.
