• Proven ability to manage multi-line phone systems and greet visitors professionally

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate office software and systems quickly
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

About the Job:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth front desk operations.

Our client is seeking a tech-savvy and polished professional to join their team as soon as possible. This is a temp-to-hire position, requiring onsite presence five days a week at their Bensalem, PA office. The role pays up to $27 per hour during the contract period, with potential to earn up to $60,000 per year upon permanent hire.
