Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite, Boston, MA)
Duration: 6-9 months
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30/hour
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a wide range of recruiting activities. As the face of the recruitment process for many candidates, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a positive and professional candidate experience from start to finish.
You'll support both campus and experienced hire recruiting efforts, work closely with hiring managers and recruiters, and provide administrative and logistical support throughout the hiring lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume interview scheduling across campus and experienced hire recruiting
- Post and advertise job openings, screen resumes, and support sourcing activities
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity and generate recruiting reports
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and recruitment materials for campus visits and events
- Support offer preparation and candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate logistics for job fairs and college recruiting events, including attending when needed
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, candidates, and external partners
- Provide general troubleshooting and support related to the ATS and scheduling tools
- Assist with onboarding coordination and documentation post-offer
- Continuously identify and suggest improvements to streamline recruiting operations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting or HR support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.) a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
