A prestigious global law firm is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives for transactional practices across the Midwest. This Chicago-based hybrid role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven professional with strong experience in law firm marketing and a passion for driving visibility, pitches, events, and client engagement.
The role offers the opportunity to:
- Lead business development strategies and high-impact pitches
- Elevate market visibility through events, content, and awards
- Collaborate with global teams and firm leadership on cross-functional initiatives
- Leverage data, CRM, and thought leadership to grow client relationships
You bring:
- 6+ years of BD/marketing experience in professional services (law preferred)

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach
