Our client, based in Arlington, VA, is on the lookout for a part-time HR Benefits Coordinator to join their team temporarily for 6 months. If you have 4+ years of benefits and some HR generalist experience, apply today!
About the Job:
* Proactively source candidates and create a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
* Partner with the talent team to gain a full understanding of needs in open roles.
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding employee benefits.
* Prepare payment requests, expense reports, and HR documents.
* Maintain all electronic HR files and update SharePoint materials as required.
* Provide support to the HRBP and general administrative support as needed.
About You:
* 4+ years of benefits and generalist experience.
* Proficient in ADP Workforce, HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and Asana.
* Expertise in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and managing own workload effectively.
* Ability to relate effectively to others, fostering positive relationships.
About the Position:
* $30/hr-$31/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for 3 months.
* 30 hours per week.
* Hybrid with 3 days/week on-site.
* Metro accessible office in Arlington, VA.
