Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking a Receptionist/Facilities Manager in West Palm Beach. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with some flexibility. This is a fully in-office role, five days a week.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as the face of the office, greeting guests and creating a professional, welcoming environment
* Manage all front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, receiving packages, and overseeing office presentation
* Oversee day-to-day facilities needs, including vendor management, supply ordering, office maintenance, and troubleshooting
* Help coordinate logistics for the upcoming office move and reopening, including managing vendor schedules and temporary remote arrangements
* Support high-level art installations and removals as needed, ensuring safe handling and placement per executive direction
* Provide general support to the Office Administrator and Executive Assistant as needed, acting as a reliable and flexible team member

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
* Prior experience in facilities, office management, or high-end reception required
* Experience supporting an office move or opening a new location is a major plus
* Strong organizational skills and a no-task-too-small mindset

Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $100K base plus bonus
