Our client, an national organization, has an immediate need for a temporary to permanent Pension Services Representative to support their organization!
About the Job:
* Handle the processing of pension related documentation.
* Serve as a point of contact for pensioners and answer questions and inquiries.
* Maintain database records and ensure it remains up-to-date.
* Handle benefit overpayments and collaborate with accounting
* Complete other requests and duties as assigned.
About You:
* 2+ years administrative or processing experience are required.
* Exceptional attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Experience with pensions or benefits is a plus!
About the Position:
* $23/hr, while temporary.
* Converts to a salary of $31.50/hr, when permanent.
* Starting early August!
* Onsite in Rockville, MD.
* Free parking!
