Our client, a professional organization, is seeking a temporary part-time Recruiting & HR Assistant to support their dynamic office in Rockville, MD on a long-term basis!
Responsibilities:
- Support full lifecycle recruitment efforts and liaise with hiring managers.
- Screen qualified candidates, create job advertisements, and support onboarding.
- Maintain organization and data quality of the HRIS and SharePoint.
- Complete additional HR tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews is required.
- Proficiencies in MS Office Suite, including SharePoint, is highly desired!
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS are required.
- Adept multitasker with strong communication skills.
Position Information:
- $22/hr-$26/hr, DOE.
- Part-time, 20 hours/week.
- Office in Rockville, MD.
- Long-term temporary position.
