Our client, an impressive association, is seeking a Paid Media Marketing Specialist to join their busy and growing Marketing team!
About the Job:
- Manage the development and implementation of all paid digital campaigns.
- Create and execute campaigns across all digital ad platforms for paid search, display, video, and paid social.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to highlight successes and where adjustments should be made.
- Track campaign costs and prepare ROI reports; identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies.
- Collaborate across the marketing and creative teams to create new content for each digital ad channel.
About You:
- A bachelors degree is required for this role.
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience is required.
- Comfortable working within Google, Microsoft, and Meta Ads, as well as other digital ad platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to project management and analyze campaign results.
- Collaborative and motived, eager for the opportunity to grow and have ownership over paid media.
About the Position:
- $75K-$78K salary (DOE) plus an annual bonus structure.
- Hybrid schedule of 2-3x/week on-site in the Falls Church, VA office.
