Job Title: Content Management Analyst (Contract)
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)
Duration: 5 month contract
Pay Rate: $35-38/hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week (OT available with approval)
Dress Code: Business Casual

About the Role:

A leading investment management firm is seeking a Content Management Analyst to join its Client Operations group on a 5-month contract. This role will focus on optimizing the structure and usability of the firm's RFP content library and maintaining high standards of content quality and accessibility.

The position reports to the Director of Questionnaires and will work closely with internal teams to manage the content repository in Loopio and support RFI response efforts. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in the investment management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the Loopio content library to support efficient RFI responses
  • Create templates for recurring information requests to streamline workflows
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency of content
  • Proactively review, edit, and organize library content for clarity, compliance, and relevance
  • Support internal stakeholders by retrieving relevant information from the content database
  • Assist in managing complex projects independently while meeting multiple deadlines

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of content management experience in the investment or financial services industry
  • Experience using Loopio or similar RFP platforms (e.g., Responsive, RFPIO, Qvidian, RocketDocs, Salesforce RFP Add-ons)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset
