A confidential financial services firm in Waltham, MA is seeking an Advisor Support Associate for a 6-month hybrid contract role, offering $30-32/hour with a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule and three days in-office. This position supports financial advisors using the firm's internal technology platform and is ideal for someone tech-savvy with experience in financial services or data operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to financial advisors using the firm's internal portfolio platform
- Troubleshoot data issues related to account balances, holdings, transactions, and statements
- Collaborate with internal tech and operations teams to resolve service issues
- Handle service cases, data entry, emails, and occasional advisor phone calls
- Support advisor reporting needs, including portfolio analysis and meeting prep
Candidate Qualifications
- Background in financial services or back-office operations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and generally tech-savvy
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Experience with platforms like Advent, dbCAMS, or Albridge is a plus
