Our client, an environmentally focused non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary Sr. Environmental Program Coordinator to join their team.
About the Job:
- Draft various types of agreements and coordinate the approval process for new agreements.
- Facilitate contract preparation, manage vendors, and update project management software.
- Support complex calendaring, travel coordination, expense reporting, and note-taking.
- Educate staff on operational processes and participate in organization-wide operation improvement initiatives.
- Support the design, planning and execution of events.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
About You:
- 2+ years of strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with invoices and budget management is highly desired.
- Strong self-starter with exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
About the Position:
- $25/hr-$28/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 6 months.
- Potential for the assignment to extend.
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
