Role summary
This position is ideal for a Clinical Education Event Operations professionals looking to join a dynamic North American Events team. You will manage and drive efficiency in the technology and processes supporting our Clinical Education events. By partnering with professional marketing, clinical education, IT, and operations, you'll provide insights to enhance efficiency and customer experience in our registration platforms, execution processes, and data management and reporting.
Role expectations
* Event Management Platform: Partner with the marketing technology team to drive the Event Management Platform roadmap.
* Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives related to Salesforce operations and data management.
* Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot operational issues and provide effective solutions.
* Project Management: Maintain and develop templates and processes for project management in Asana.
* Reporting: Own business, financial, and compliance reporting processes ensuring that all elements of events are tracked, monitored, and reported regularly.
* Business Case Development: Develop business cases for new platforms or improvements to existing platforms and processes.
What we're looking for
* 3-5+ years of marketing technology or event operations experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Experience working with event management vendors and platforms
* Proficiency with reporting and operations tools such as PowerBI and Salesforce
* Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
* Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and workstreams while effectively managing changing priorities
* Ability to manage, collaborate and gain credibility with multiple stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams
* Willingness and ability to work beyond standard hours, and travel 25%, including some weekends
Complementary skills
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, Smartsheet, and Asana
