About the Job:
- Ensure all amenities are in order and maintain as needed.
- Manage site inspections and coordinate building maintenance as required.
- Ensure emergency issues are met with prompt attention and after-hour calls are responded to.
- Oversee facility-related vendors and process invoices.
- Manage maintenance requests, handle invoices, and support other administrative needs.
About You:
- 2+ years of office or facilities services or property experience.
- Standard knowledge and understanding of building maintenance.
- Professional and personable!
- Self-starter with creative thinking and strong organizational skills.
About the Position
- Pays $22/hr-$25/hr
- 20-25 hours per week.
- 100% onsite in Springfield, VA.
