Our client, a real estate and restaurant management company in North Reading, MA is seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to support its private owner. This temp-to-perm role is based onsite at the company's small corporate office (5 staff members) and includes some local errands. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with pay ranging from $30-$34/hour and a permanent salary of $70-80K. The position requires exceptional discretion, flexibility, and loyalty to assist a busy, travel-heavy entrepreneur who divides time between the U.S. and abroad.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the owner's personal calendar, errands, appointments, and travel-including complex international itineraries.
- Coordinate with household staff and vendors across multiple properties (Boston, Miami, New Hampshire) for smooth operations.
- Run local errands (approx. 20% of time), while handling private matters such as shopping, dry cleaning, and household logistics.
- Liaise with international contacts, especially Greece-based staff, and ensure seamless lifestyle transitions between locations.
- Occasionally assist with business tasks, while primarily focused on personal support duties.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Significant experience as a Personal Assistant to an executive or high-net-worth individual.
- Highly discreet and professional, with a long-term, career-focused approach to personal support.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to North Reading (within 40 minutes north of Boston).
- Ability to work independently, multitask efficiently, and adapt to a fluid, non-corporate environment.
- Mature, grounded demeanor with a proactive, calm presence and excellent organizational skills.
