Our client, a residential property management organization, is seeking an on-site temporary Leasing Assistant to support their team in Alexandria, VA starting mid-August!
About the Job:
* Act as the face of the building.
* Work with tenants, talk through leases, set up follow-up appointments, and respond to resident requests.
* Conduct tours for prospective residents and ensure a smooth move-in experience.
* Community/resident event planning and flyer creation.
* Other tasks/responsibilities as needed.
About You:
* A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
* 1+ years of experience in leasing, real estate, or other relevant position is required.
* Outstanding sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
* Strong MS Office Suite skills are required; Yardi experience is preferred.
* Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Position:
* Pays $20/hr-$22/hr
* Temporary for 3 months
* Hours are 9am-6pm including Saturdays, with a weekday off to offset.
* 100% onsite in Alexandria, VA.
* Metro accessible.
