Join a high-performing marketing and business development team at a leading global firm. We're seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to support client relationship programs and strategic initiatives that enhance the overall client experience. In this role, you'll work directly with senior marketing leadership, help execute key programs, track feedback, analyze data, and collaborate with professionals firmwide to drive client value.
Key Focus Areas:
- Support firmwide client service and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate materials, research, and reporting for top-tier client teams
- Help manage client feedback programs and track relationship trends
- Collaborate across teams to deliver world-class service
Ideal Background:
- 2+ years in marketing, business development, or client service (law firm experience required)
- Detail-oriented with strong writing, research, and data analysis skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive information and working across teams
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
