We're hiring! A valued client of ours in the fintech industry is hiring a Customer Service Representative to start immediately! Our client is looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing outstanding service to help drive results.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct outreach, or confirm appointments
• Handle customer inquiries, product/service questions, and resolve complaints effectively
• Provide detailed and accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or upsells when applicable
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments as needed
• Record customer interactions and transactions in CRM and call tracking systems
• Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
• Collaborate with team members and departments to improve service delivery
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, response time, and quality metrics
• Stay informed about company updates, policy changes, and product knowledge through regular training

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 1+ years of experience in a call center/contact center environment
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable using computers and CRM software
• Ability to hit targeted KPI's on a consistent basis
• High school diploma or equivalent
