Marketing Reporting Associate (1-Year Contract)
Hybrid | Boston, MA
Contract Duration: September 1, 2025 - September 1, 2026
Pay Rate: $35-$40/hour
About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Reporting Associate to support a dynamic investment-focused marketing team. This role plays a key part in maintaining and producing firm and strategy-level marketing materials, including RFPs and due diligence questionnaires, and works closely with consultant relations, investment product specialists, and portfolio managers.
This is a highly collaborative, content- and data-heavy role that offers deep exposure to investment strategy communications. It's ideal for someone with strong writing skills, investment industry knowledge, and a passion for crafting high-quality, client-facing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage client, consultant, and prospect due diligence questionnaires and RFPs across all strategies
- Maintain and update marketing databases and consultant portals
- Collaborate with Consultant Relations and Relationship Managers to support client and prospect needs
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency in investment content
- Manage and report on marketing data and analytics
- Contribute to cross-functional projects supporting Marketing and Client Services
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in investment management, particularly in RFP or client servicing roles
- Bachelor's degree required; CFA, CAIA, or progress toward advanced financial designation is a plus
- Strong writing, editing, and fact-checking skills-ability to translate complex investment language into clear messaging
- Experience with RFP content systems (Loopio preferred; Seismic, Copilot, Qvidian also valuable)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital content management systems
- Strong analytical mindset-comfortable working with and interpreting data
- Highly organized, collaborative, and self-motivated with a high level of intellectual curiosity
