Are you looking for an opportunity to showcase your expertise in marketing? Our client is seeking a direct-hire Marketing and Communications Specialist to work under the CMO and support the firm's strategic marketing initiatives! Starting ASAP!
About the Job:
- Develop social media strategy, execute content, and share efforts internally to increase engagement.
- Serve as the marketing point of contact and execute marketing-related onboarding needs for new hires.
- Manage the firm's website and CRM interface.
- Draft marketing collateral, announcements, press releases, website content, and more.
- Support marketing initiatives and communications efforts through additional tasks as required.
About You:
- 4+ years of dynamic and progressive marketing and communications experience are required.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 and a technical savviness with learning new platforms.
- Collaborative self-starter with strong follow-through skills.
- Executive-level communication skills and proven project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
- $85k-$100k, depending on experience.
- Hybrid 1 day/week onsite in Chantilly, VA.
- Starting ASAP!
