Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Specialist with a strong background in legal marketing to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys producing high-quality marketing content and materials. This is a hybrid position, with in-office presence required for team meetings, marketing initiatives, and firm events.
About You:
- 5+ years of legal marketing experience (law firm or in-house)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM/CMS), Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Canva, and WordPress
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to multitask effectively
- A collaborative, self-starter mindset with comfort working both independently and with cross-functional teams.
About the Job:
- Draft and edit attorney bios, blog posts, newsletters, and internal communications; maintain and update the firm's website with relevant content and edits.
- Create and post content and graphics for the website, email campaigns, and social media channels; manage contact lists and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, ContactEase).
- Design and support branded presentations, proposals, and firm materials using PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Coordinate and contribute to submissions for legal rankings such as Chambers, Super Lawyers, and Best Lawyers.
- Track marketing initiatives including events, memberships, and BD efforts; assist with special projects such as holiday campaigns or video content to enhance firm visibility.
This is a part-time position with weekly hours of up to 20 hours per week. This hybrid role requires the candidate to be local to either the Philadelphia, PA or Wilmington, DE office. The position pays up to $45 per hour, depending on experience, and is contract-to-hire.
