Our client, a leading robotics and automation company is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a 6+ month hybrid contract (potential for temp-to-hire). This role offers $30/hr and requires working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with three days onsite and two remote. The position is based in Wilmington, MA, and supports a dynamic, tech-forward environment. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Process warranty and spare parts orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Coordinate warranty claims and maintain accurate warranty records.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure spare parts availability and timely delivery.
- Oversee distribution logistics and provide tracking and shipment support.
- Maintain and update customer databases and prepare reports.
- Support cross-functional communication to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Help develop and implement service policies and participate in training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, or related field).
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles; experience with warranties or supply chain a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; knowledge of inventory tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
