We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to provide high-level administrative support to our Campaign department. This role plays a key part in keeping our events, projects, and data management running smoothly-while supporting departmental goals and working closely with the Executive Administrative Assistant. This is a short-term Temp-To-Hire, hybrid work environment working three days in office.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to administrator for two senior staff members and the entire Campaign department, managing scheduling, correspondence, and high-level administrative projects.
- Coordinate end-of-year projects and agency board initiatives
- Handle meeting logistics, phone coverage, information requests, and day-to-day clerical tasks.
- Provide ongoing event support-registration, data entry in Salesforce, gift processing, reporting, preparing meeting materials, pledge cards, envelopes, and post-event follow-up.
- Become proficient in Salesforce for reporting, data entry, donor interactions, campaigner assignments, and account maintenance-ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Assist with expense processing and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other systems (including Excel).
- Order and track office, kitchen, and event supplies-making sure nothing is missed.
- Contribute to Campaign activities and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree or four years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a professional, tactful approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel at an intermediate level) and ability to quickly learn new systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Adaptability, patience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to support events (with advance notice).
