Our client, a boutique independent life insurance brokerage located near Grand Central, is seeking a Temp to Perm Client Services Reporting Analyst to support monthly reporting, data reconciliation, and client communications. The candidate will not only learn about servicing life insurance for the wealthiest families in the country and providing highly complex reporting but also will develop task management and time management skills, effective communication skills, MS Excel Skills, and an exceptional attention to detail. The work is intellectually stimulating and challenging, and hard work is recognized and rewarded. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm with flexibility for overtime. After the temp period, which requires a 5 day/week in office presence, there is an opportunity to work a 3/2 hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc client reports using Excel
- Analyze fund performance and conduct portfolio reviews
- Manage policy data and support premium invoicing
- Liaise with clients, advisors, and insurance carriers
- Maintain compliance and update internal systems
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience or relevant internships
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, large datasets)
- Interest or experience in financial services, investments, or insurance
- High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
Compensation
- 65-80K DOE
- Bonus eligible, comprehensive benefits, 3/2 hybrid once perm
