Our client, a well known beauty brand, is seeking a Temporary Business Support II candidate for a maternity leave out of their Clark, New Jersey office. This role requires 5 days on site with a total of 40 hours a week. The assignment will last for at ~6 months and will begin the start mid-September and it pays up to $28/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Market products: ensuring they are all stored correctly after being used.
- Checking and alerting if anything needs to be re-purchased.
- Categorizing and labeling of products.
- Generating Brand portfolios, using PowerPoint and/or Excel.
- Assisting the team by generating competitive brand portfolios. This will include lines, sub-lines, name of products, images, etc.
- Cross category: Hair, Skin, Cleansers, MU, etc.
- Assist the fragrance team with general requests.
- Making samples (this will be in a lab). Guidance will be provided on how to make the samples.
- Shipping samples to vendors, internally to various teams, etc.
Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of prior administrative experience
- Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Should be able to pull a presentation together
- Need to be a great written and oral communicator
- Ability to prioritize
- Handle multiple competing tasks
- Ability to work with all levels within the organization
