A growing real estate agency is searching for a Leasing Agent to join their team! We are looking for somebody who has strong communication skills and can build relationships with tenants and potential residents. This position offers a welcoming environment, professional growth opportunities, and the opportunity for commission and bonuses!
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting amenities and features to potential renters.
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly.
- Process rental applications, including background and credit checks.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Address resident questions, concerns, and service requests.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with tenants.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of leasing experience is required
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required for travel between properties (mileage is reimbursed!)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to learn new computer programs
