Our client, a commercial real estate and property investment company, is seeking a personable and highly organized Property Associate in Cambridge, MA. This 100% onsite role offers $33/hour, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM. Candidates who are qualified and interested are encouraged to apply immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking administrative expenses as well as lease notification requirements and ensure that they are filed in an organized manner
- Monitoring emails, phone calls, and work order systems regularly to ensure positive customer and client relations
- Sorting, organizing, and distributing any incoming mail as well as sending out any outgoing mail
- Organizing and coordinating department events
- Ensuring tenant and contractor certificates of insurance meet the company's standards
- Gathering W-9 forms from vendors and assisting the set ups needed with new vendors
- Providing general administrative support to the property as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1 year + of experience in commercial real estate or office management
- Strong attention to detail and very organized
- Ability to calculate percentages and figures
- Advanced oral and written skills
