Our client, an association, is seeking a direct-hire Sr. Manager to support their Meetings and Sponsorships team in Greenbelt, MD office! If you have 6+ years of meetings or event management experience plus experience working with sponsors, apply now!
About the Job:
- Work to secure and maintain sponsors and collaborate with the marketing team on sales efforts.
- Support RFP development and coordinate signage.
- Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, develop relationships, and solicit feedback.
- Coordinate staff logistics and support onsite execution.
- Assist with correspondence and other meeting related tasks as required.
About You:
- 6+ years of strong, meetings or event management experience is required; preferably in a trade association.
- Tech savvy with a proficiency in Cvent and MS Suite is preferred.
- Experience with an AMS is highly desired.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an eye for detail and ability to effectively multitask and prioritize.
- Able to travel twice per year for a conference.
About the Position:
- $70k-$95k, depending on experience.

- Hybrid with 3 days/week onsite.
- Office located in Greenbelt, MD.
