Our client, a labor union, has an urgent need for a temporary Administrative Assistant to support their Elkridge, MD team for 5 months!
Responsibilities
- Use the internal database to look up information on meetings and cases.
- Update database to ensure accuracy.
- Enter information into spreadsheets and organize files.
- Scan files and handle filing.
- Additional administrative tasks/support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of secretarial, administrative, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to use office equipment such as copiers, scanners, phones, etc.
- Detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation/Addt'l Info:
- $20/hr-$22/hr depending on experience.
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- Part-time for 25-30 hours/week.
- Starting ASAP and lasting 5 months.
- 100% on-site in Elkridge, MD.
