Our client, an architecture planning firm, is seeking a temporary part-time Receptionist for their office in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
* General administrative support.
* Greet guests/visitors and answer/direct phone calls.
* Answer questions and provide assistance.
* Other duties as needed.
About You:
* 2+ years of relevant work experience.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work a multi-line phone system.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
About the Position:
* Pays $20/hr-$22/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for 6 months.
* Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm
* Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday
* Parking available nearby.
