Our client, a finance firm near Central Park, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. They are looking for a detail oriented, punctual, and organized individual with strong communication skills and a drive to learn and develop! This role is onsite 5 days, 8:00am-5:00pm with flexibility to work until 5:30pm one day per week.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist guests, manage phones, and oversee conference room scheduling and tidiness
* Coordinate office operations including deliveries, messenger services, and building security check-ins
* Provide administrative support to a team of executives, including calendar management, meeting prep, and scheduling calls/Zooms
* Organize domestic and international travel, conference registrations, and related logistics
* Maintain databases and assist with materials such as decks, documents, and reports
* Support ad hoc projects in Human Resources and Investor Relations, with occasional light personal support for executives
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 1-2+ years of experience in a busy administrative support role
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
* Professional, polished demeanor with a team-oriented, proactive mindset
* Punctual and dependable, with ability to remain composed under pressure
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to 85K base salary and bonus
