Our client, a professional scientific association with an event located in San Diego, CA, is seeking temporary Event Assistants to provide support on October 2nd and 3rd!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with multiple registration tasks including checking people in.
- Handing out name tags and welcome packets.
- Direct attendees to the proper area.
- Provide additional support and complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Personable and friendly with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable with strong organization and collaboration skills.
- Able to adhere to a professional dress code.
Position Information:
- Pays $21/hr
- Temporary on 10/2 and 10/3.
- Shifts varying from 7:45am-9:15pm.
- 100% on-site in San Diego, CA.
